Festival Rules

These are the Rules that help to create and maintain the Mid Summer Mixer as an event full of love and fun times had by all.

1 - Be Responsible: If you bring children, you are responsible for making sure they are safe, under control, and not being a nuisance to other Mixers.

2 - Responsible Sharing: As we savor the joy of community and occasionally, augment the experience with a certain substance please remember if you choose to share, clearly label your items and ensure they remain inaccessible to children. It is our collective responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees. If you have a food allergy, we kindly ask you to inform others and exercise caution when consuming any food whose ingredients are unknown to you. Let's make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time at the festival!

3 - Leave no Trace: We are all guests of this land, and we can best preserve it by moving lightly on it and taking care of waste. Please take extra time to read which waste goes in which receptacle, and to help us all maintain as clean a property as possible. If you pack it in, you need to pack it out. This includes extra food and waste.

5 - Safety and Security: As the Mid Summer Mixer grows, safety concerns come to the forefront. Licensed and bonded event security, Eleven Series Ltd. will be onsite the entire weekend. Please reach out to them if there are concerns and if one asks you to do something in the interest of safety, please comply.

By respecting these rules, we can all contribute to a safe and enjoyable festival experience while preserving the beautiful natural surroundings that make the Mid Summer Mixer so special.

6 - Best, but fun, behavior: It is important to prioritize safety and harmony in any event. The organizers have the right to remove attendees who engage in problematic behavior that violates the rules and regulations or any general safety standard set for the event. The attendees should use the rules provided as a guide to ensure that their behavior is appropriate and respectful towards others.

Examples of problematic behavior that may warrant removal from the event without a refund may include, but are not limited to:

Verbal or physical harassment or assault towards other attendees, staff, or performers.
Intoxication or drug use that disrupts the event or poses a danger to oneself or others.
Bringing weapons or dangerous objects to the event.
Creating a disturbance that disrupts the event or interferes with other attendees' enjoyment.

It is important for all attendees to respect the rules and regulations set by the event organizers and to behave in a manner that promotes safety and harmony for all.

7 - No Firearms: No attendees of the Mid Summer Mixer are permitted to have firearms on the festival property.

8 - Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at all. Service animals are permitted but are expected to be under their handler's control at all times in entities covered by the ADA. The animal should not be allowed to wander around, approach others, block busy walkways, or bark repeatedly in quiet spaces. Service animals must be housebroken and under their handler's control or they may be legally removed, regardless of identification.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this/these tickets or applying to vend or volunteer you agree to the following terms and conditions. All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no resale, not redeemable for cash. Tickets Non-Refundable; No Chargebacks. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that any and all Tickets purchased pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are entirely non-refundable, except to the extent otherwise determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizer. BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING THAT THE TICKETS BEING PURCHASED HEREUNDER ARE ENTIRELY NON-REFUNDABLE, PURCHASER, WITH THE INTENTION OF BEING FULLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS, AGREES NOT TO INITIATE A CHARGEBACK or undertake any similar action(s) that operates, in any way, to dispute, cancel or reverse any portion of a prior and validly purchased Ticket transaction(s) if such action is in contravention of either the terms, conditions or spirit of this Agreement or if the basis for such action relates to an Event being delayed, canceled, rescheduled (whether in whole or in part) and/or for any reason, including reasons relating to a Force Majeure, governmental action, unforeseen events, inclement weather, production issues, or otherwise (“Chargeback”). Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this Agreement, Purchaser is voluntarily and knowingly agreeing to give up certain of Purchaser’s legal rights relating to Purchaser’s entitlement to Chargebacks or to Chargeback protections. The foregoing shall apply even if the Purchaser’s Chargeback protection periods have not expired and/or even if the Purchaser has other legal rights available to the Purchaser respecting Chargebacks.

The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject for any reason or any person who violates the event rules or engages in disorderly or illegal conduct. The ticket holder assumes all risks and liabilities associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. The ticket holder consents to be searched, photographed, filmed, or recorded for security and promotional purposes. The ticket holder agrees to comply with all health and safety measures implemented by the event organizer. The ticket holder acknowledges that the event may be canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or relocated due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, pandemic, or force majeure, and that the event organizer is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from such changes.
